      Description

After updating to the latest source from SVN the VKB is enabled by default.
There should be a possibility to disable this. I mean to get the old behaviour
without the VKB comig up on a TextField. Something like a compatiblity mode...

Assigning for evaluation. I would suggest avoiding the compatibility mode but
just allowing picking a null VKB.

Now when I'm on Android using Thorsten's port I have the following issue:
LWUIT's own VKB pops up when I click on a TextField, but instead Android's VKB
        should pop up.

        Hi Shai,

i came across this issue and i like to add another reason for this issue to be fixed
new handsets are coming out like the Nokia X3-02 and c3-01 which are Touch & Type i.e. they have a numpad keys and small res 240X320 touch screens.
those are usually at the lower end of the device performance spectrum and when touching a textfield on the screen to give it focus (which you must do since there is no joystick) it can take around 5-10 seconds for the VKB to be showed.
instead typing should be done with the numpad which is more intuitive for those handsets.

        BR
        Shai i.
