When I tried to deploy snapshots, I am getting "Access Denied". Do I have permissions to deploy ?

jorlina added a comment - 10/Sep/12 09:08 PM

I've tweaked your permissions on the server side. Can you try again?

jitu added a comment - 10/Sep/12 09:15 PM

Yes, I can deploy snapshots. I presume it would work while releasing the promoted builds.

I have done the release, but I don't see the artifacts in the staging repo. When I access

I get the following:

Staging of Repository within profile ID='997a5f427ed688' is not yet started!

I waited for 6 or so hours, still the artifacts haven't appeared.

Jitu can't see the stagin repo in the list, hence he can't close it.
However, I can see the staging repo using "java_re" account.

I think I can see the staging repo

Once you release successfully, your artifacts will be available in the Releases repo, somewhere at this URL:

You attempted to browse to the REST endpoint used by maven for deploying artifacts. That URL is not browse-able and returned an error appropriately.

If you can see the staging repo from the web UI, you need to ensure that you click the "Close" and "Release" buttons. At that point, the artifacts will be browse-able from the URL above and will participate in the sync to Central.
