      Description

      JMSRA needs to be upgraded to support the activation properties required by JMS 2.0 chapter 12 "Resource adapter"

      This defines the activation properties destinationLookup, connectionFactoryLookup, clientId, subscriptionName and shareSubscriptions

      In addition, if a durable subscription is specified but shareSubscriptions is not set then a suitable value must automatically be generated.
