If imqbrokerd is started with empty service list, no client can connect to broker

      Glassfish V4.0 b45 Windows

      Description

      1. Start imqbrokerd with the value of imq.service.activelist empty.

      C:\glassfish\glassfish-4.0-b45\glassfish3\mq\bin>imqbrokerd -Dimq.service.activelist=
      

      Once the command is executed, the broker starts normally.

      2. imqcmd cannot be used for that broker. For example, try imqcmd list dst.

      C:\glassfish\glassfish-4.0-b45\glassfish3\mq\bin>imqcmd list dst
      Username: admin
      Password:
      Listing all the destinations on the broker specified by:
      
      -------------------------
      Host         Primary Port
      -------------------------
      localhost    7676
      
      Error while connecting to the broker on host 'localhost' and port '7676'.
      com.sun.messaging.jms.JMSException: [C4098]: Unknown broker service: admin

        This is as expected because you deliberately didn't specify any service for broker to start up with to serve any client
