      Description

      While using CSE we have to provide Qname in the setEvent call.
      Currenly Qname can only be mentioned as a json string like
      var qName =

      { uri : "http:sun.com/clientevents" , name : "zipcode" }

      ;
      portletReq.setEvent(qName, values);

      Qname need not strictly follow json format all the time,we need to support calls
      like in portletReq.setEvent("SomeEvent", eventPayload); where the eventname is
      directly mentioned..
      As in the case of
      <event-definition>
      <name>SomeEvent</name>
      <value-type>com.sun.portlet.ClientEvent</value-type>
      </event-definition>
