1. Run maven bootstrap-latest
2. Do a change in the java code of your sandbox, e.g. fix a defect in
3. Rebuild by running
Expected result: comms-appserv-rt.jar will contain the new version of
Actual result: comms-appserv-rt.jar contains an old version of ProxyImpl.class
When doing the asssembly step ant claims to be updating sip-stack.jar and then
comms-appserv-rt.jar. sip-stack.jar will contain the new version but comms-
appserv-rt.jar will not.
If I manually remove ProxyImpl.class from comms-appserv-rt.jar ant then
rebuild, it will be updated with the new version.
My first guess would be that the assembler does a timestamp check and the
reason for failure is due to different time zones or wrong time on that build
I mark this as P2 as you just can't trust the build system.
