      Description

Built and installed the SIP Development support plugin. It is now possible to
create a converged SIP/HTTP project. I added one.

Next step is to add SIP servlets and SIP Listeners to my project. This can
easily be done by rightclicking on the new project and selecting "New" -> "SIP
Servlet..." or "New" -> "SIP Listener...". A wizard will start up guiding me
trough some steps, nicely ending in skeleton code.

When selecting "New" -> "Other...", however, a "New File" dialog pops up. The
SIP Servlet and SIP Listener are not listed in this dialog.

The fix for this would require that the project be a true SIP project... not a
web app project with additional stuff. If the two templates appeared in
'Other', folks would be able to add them to non-SIP projects... and that is bad.

Deferring to future release of tooling...
