      Description

Following thread pools by default are started with sailfin

      1. serverThreads pool : This can be configured using the ThreadCount under the
      sip-service request processing.
      <request-processing header-buffer-length-in-bytes="8192"
      initial-thread-count="10" request-timeout-in-seconds="30" thread-count="10"
      thread-increment="1"/>

      2. clientThreads pool : This is the one used for sending new sip requests (When
Sailfin is UAC), this cannot be configured independently and shares the thread
      count values from (1).

The default behaviour is to start 2 separate thread pools for the client and
server with 10 threads each (which can be altered by the property
useServerThreadPool). There is also no mechanism to specify the configuration
      for the clientThread pool...
We need a way to modify the client thread pool configuration.
