      Description

The "getting Started" documentation gives no instructions for starting up the
Glassfish app after performing the initial install.

At the very least we should tell users how to start the glassfish database and
      server.
      Ie:
      asadmin start-database
      asadmin start-domain

If this issue turns out to be a database location problem, then we should add it
to the FAQ and make a note in the installation instructions just to be safe:

The SocialSite installation process now leaves the GlassFish server and database
running after the installation completes, so I think this documentation is no
longer needed. Could this issue be closed?

As Kim mentioned, the install process leaves the ap server and DB ready for use. A message will also be
        displayed to this effect.
