      Description

My app has a left-right JSplitPane with a JScrollPanel containing a few
JXTaskPanes on the left. When I resize the left splitpane to be smaller than
some minimum, the outlines of the 'cut off' part of the JXTaskPanes are drawn in
the righ-hand pane! I will attach a couple of screen shots to illustrate.

Anyway, is this a JXTaskPane bug or a Mustang problem? I'm running b100 (but I
have noticed this issue in earlier builds as well.)
