      Description

      Hello,

I have being using the JXDatePicker component for a while but I can't find a way with the current API to change the way a JXDatePicker reacts to user clicks. My DateSelectionModel is set to use
      multi interval selection mode.

What I want to do is:

1 - Clicking on a non already selected date should add this date to the current selection interval instead of selecting this date alone and unselecting all previously selected dates. This is really a
MAJOR problem for me which makes the JXDatePicker impossible to use for our customers!!!

2 - It woulld also be nice to be able to programaticaly enable date selection/unselection using a double click instead of a simple click. this prevents the user to unselect a date by accident.

On a side note, I find it unfortunate that when a DateSelectionEvent is thrown with a evenType = DateSelectionEvent.EventType.DATES_ADDED for instance, there is no way to know what dates
have been added to the underlying date selection model...

      Sincerely
      Patrick Jusseau

Thanks Jeanette for your quick answers... As you mentioned I am going to investigate further my issues. I
guess I can probably add a click listener on the month view and unselect the date if this date was
          selected.

          Patrick,

unfortunately, the quick hack has nasty side-effects (f.i. navigate by keyboard
in the drop drown will now extend the selection instead of move it). So probably
back to square one, no quick'ndirty solution until a deeper support of multiple
          selections. Sorry.

lowered priority so that the issues don't block the final release. No way to get
it done before: probably too far reaching, so I don't want to tackle it before
          as it might destabilize

added yet another unsuccessful experiment to DatePickerVisualCheck - it's simply not supported
and I can't seem to find a hook to do it.

          Hoping for future magic
