unable to set --user-agent via chrome.switches property

      Description

      Since chrome.switches property is comma separated, specifying user-agent switch like the following won't be handled properly because of the comma in the user-agent string:
      chrome.switches=--user-agent=Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.0.4; Galaxy Nexus Build/IMM76B)AppleWebKit/535.19 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/18.0.1025.133 MobileSafari/535.19

      Thucydides should be able to handle passing in options from this list without separating with a comma:
      http://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/

      I wanted to make a pull request to not split the switches by comma but I was afraid that would break existing usage of chrome.switches. Please advise.
