logback.groovy in thucydides-core breaks application logging configuration

      Description

A logback.xml config file on the application classpath cannot override the logging configuration that comes with thucydides-core, because a logback.groovy resource always takes precedence over a logback.xml resource, even if it's further down on the classpath.

Users need to set a system property -Dlogback.configurationFile to enforce their own logging configuration, which is awkward, especially when running tests directly from the IDE.

logback.groovy should be moved from the core artifact to one of the demo artifacts, or maybe to a standalone thucydides-logback-config artifact.

logback.groovy has been removed from the core artifacts - could you check if this fixes the issue with the latest versions of thucydides?
