      Description

Currently, we host all the module jars in the same directory on the server.
We should host all the files related to module in its own directory. We are
going to have multiple html pages(and the related resources, icons, images etc)
      associated with the modules.

Issue 224 depends on this fix.

        Comments...
        1. We should keep all common images in "images" directory. There is no need to
        copy them for each module.

        2. The html files (3/4) should be kept in seperate directories. The urls to the
html files should be in the catalog. We may need to change the catalog DTD and
        add optional fields.

        3. We should continue to keep text based description in the catalog. This will
be shown to the users when there is no network connection available.

We do not need to keep urls to description html files in the catalog. We are
computing it from the module url. I do not see any advantage keeping/exposing
        these urls in catalog.

Module jars rehosted in individual directories, catalog has been updated.
