      Description

In UNIX the browser that's fired up is the first well-known browser that happens
to be in the path. That's fine as a backup but we should allow the user to set
the default browser location to whatever they like. Since this is a GUI this is
      pretty easy to do.

      Details:
Add some sort of widget to get the browser path
populate this field with our notion of the default. If the user ever changes it
      we persist it forever.

Sounds like a nice feature. Steve may be able to help with the UI layout.
