      Description

In order to address security requirement that files and directories in Unix
installations should have no out-of-the-box permissions for "others",
maven-makepkgs-plugin should be updated to use updated revision of makepkgs
which would by default set no permissions for "others". So, default permissions
for directories should be set to 750, for ordinary files 640 and for executable
      files 750...

It would be even nicer if plugin (and makepkgs) would take an option which would
switch between current default permissions and this stricter mode but I will not
      push my luck
