Allow users to specify application name

      Description

      I suggest that identification of an application should be through a standarized system property such as
      VISUAL_VM_NAME. This will give a deployer the ability to deploy an application without any change in
      code. The deployer or mantainer would only need to include a parmeter like: "-
      DVISUAL_VM_NAME=myapp" on the java command line and magically the application is now recognized.
