      Description

WebDAV is an extensible protocol. While itself extends HTTP, it gets extended
by "Versioning Extensions for WebDAV" and other later add-on specifications.

Since from time to time the webdav-jaxrs project adopts these extension
specifications, the package structure should reflect the distinct
specifications. Currently this is not provided, since the core WebDAV
specification is not separated in its own package. It should get moved into
a "webdav" package which is parallel to "versioning", "search" or "bind"
      packages.

Since this would break backwards compatibility, the original classes must get
kept in a deprecated state at the original place, so in fact it is not a move
but a svn copy (to keep svn history).

To be able to remove the deprecated legacy package, the copy should be done
ASAP, so the removal can happen in release 2.
