      Description

FileIOUtility (package - org.xadisk.filesystem.utilities) class has a couple of IO methods like createFile, deleteFile etc. These methods may, in a very rare situation, enter into a loop (the loop was a workaround for a strange jvm issue). If an interrupt is seen during this loop, its handling is deferred until the completion of the IO method. Although in practice, it hasn't affected any real scenario and is not likely to, but it will be a better design to handle the interrupt as soon as it is detected, and come out of the method.
