XAResourceImpl does not honor the timeout value of 0 in setTransactionTimeout.

      Description

      As per the XAResource API specification, http://docs.oracle.com/javaee/5/api/javax/transaction/xa/XAResource.html#setTransactionTimeout%28int%29

      "To reset the timeout value to the default value used by the resource manager, set the value to zero."

      XADisk does not follow this.
