      Description

Every time an XADisk instance is booted, it creates a new empty deadletter (in <xadisk-system-dir>/deadletter directory) file to store undelivered file events during its operations. At the same time, it does not delete existing deadletter files which were created during last boot but are empty. This leads to unnecessary increase in the number of files in the deadletter directory; increment of 1 per booting.
