The app client contains an @EJB annotation and the driver program passes the
client class to the ACC builder (as opposed to passing a URI to the client JAR
which works correctly.)

Setting target milestone to MS 7.

This might not be fixable in the time available; it's a relative rare case but
would be good to fix.

I am excluding this from 3.1 and tentatively targeting it for 3.2 because this
is a very rare case.
