Reported by Martin Koci in:

In summary JSF 2.2 PDF section 3.5.3 Validation Registration has a reference to a config param javax.faces.validator.DISABLE_BEAN_VALIDATOR but the one used in both Mojarra and MyFaces is javax.faces.validator.DISABLE_DEFAULT_BEAN_VALIDATOR.

Probably it was a change done with the objective of improve the meaning of the param. The param that should be used is javax.faces.validator.DISABLE_DEFAULT_BEAN_VALIDATOR

Set priority to baseline ahead of JSF 2.3 triage. Priorities will be assigned accurately after this exercise.
