 Description

We have various JSP tag implementations that walk up the component ancestor chain during tag execution
for one reason or another. While porting these tags to Facelets, we have been forced to work around the
fact that Facelets does not connect the ancestor chain until after children have been processed.

While it may be too late to change Facelets behavior now, it would be helpful to provide access to the
ancestor chain through some API so that Facelets handlers can interact with parent/ancestor components.

Set priority to baseline ahead of JSF 2.3 triage. Priorities will be assigned accurately after this exercise.
