I am working to create a distributed web application in Java.
This application will have to process numerous tasks-- what I want to do is run threaded processes on remote machines. When the client wants, he can keep on adding new processes to one remote machine, upto a certain point... Now, at that point, when that remote machine's CPU/memory is being fully utilised, I want the client to send new process requests to yet another remote machine. Also, when one of the threads of the first machine has completed, then the client can send a new request(thread) to that machine...
I understand that I will have to maintain the number of threads currently executing on each remote machine, but can I implement the above scenario using the Cajo library? Or do I have to look at some other framework/library?
