The recently changed transforming code did this:
1) if all went well -- transform each of the thousands of classes
2) If either tools.jar is not around OR flashlight-agent is not around -- then try to attach and load the classes
for every one of those thousands of classes. Again and again and again. Emit thousands of log messages.
That's pointless and noisy! Now it checks and loads things once (guaranteed once). If everything was not kosher -- then it
emits **one** log message and from then on monitoring is all no-ops.
