I'm in the process of building a Hudson build server from scratch to replace our old, slow and failing build box. I've installed the openSuSE version of Hudson 2.2.0 on SLES 11 and I'm using JDK 7 from Oracle's website. I am having issues with setting the JAVA_HOME in the Hudson configuration. I'm trying to use /usr/java/latest which is a sym-link to the JDK folder. Unfortunately, I keep getting the following error.

JDK automatic installer temporarily disabled, please install JDK manually and specify valid JAVA_HOME

The folder I'm using is indeed the JDK folder. Can I not use JDK 7? What am I missing? Thanks
