Will this support be available only for customers or for all users (i.e. also
for users not paying money for support)? And does support mean just to keep
given plugin compatible with upcomming Hudson releases or also adding new
features (e.g. porting new features from Jenkins plugins to Hudson plugins)?

I'm sorry, I probably missed this doc, could you provide a link to this list
(or to original Susan's post)?
