Unfortunately, they do it quite badly and seem to regularly miss required changes, or fail to notice changes that affect their builds, so it would be
much better for them to switch to building everything and using pkgsurf to
eliminate unnecessary changes.

Should definitely cut down on the number of "SUNW.... doesn't build" bugs
filed against them for code that hasn't built in months due to an incompatible
change in a dependency that no one noticed.
