I do not take it personally (though I did much work that I am able to join
the conference), as you have already written, we scored not that bad. But
in general I am convinced that the voting policies are not useful in all
cases. In my opinion it can not be that a running JSR that has started with
a community vote and even a renewal ballot does not have a slot. If only
the cool and shiny things get in, then any platform evolution may be
difficult in the future, I think this is not useful.
