Provide functionality for imqcmd to destroy all connections, in a broker,
that has a message producer or consumer, something like

imqcmd destroy cxn -svn jms -PRODUCER
imqcmd destroy cxn -svn jms -CONSUMER

or destroy all connections in a service
imqcmd destroy cxn -svn jms
