amyk updated MQ-259:
--------------------

Summary: on wait broker link init when broadcast, each link uses
waitConnectionInitTimeout  (was: on wait broker link init when broadcast,
each link uses wait timeout instead of a total wait timeout)
    Description:
The link init wait timeout is controlled by the following broker property
with default 180sec. - the effective total max. wait time is multiplied by n
if there are n broker links that have to be waited for init which can be too
long
imq.cluster.waitConnectionInitTimeout

  was:
This wait timeout is controled by the following broker property with default
180sec. - which would be multiplied if there were >1 broker links have to be
waited for init
imq.cluster.waitConnectionInitTimeout
