I saw that about the download that wants to start when you click on
copyright or license. Strange. Interestingly, when the apidocs are local,
the copyright & license are displayed in the browser directly.
But the files that get downloaded contain the correct copyright & license,
don't yet know what causes that particular odd effect ... probably
something to do with the served mime type, which github.io probably
specifies based on the file extension, which ... isn't there. So it uses a
mime type of "application/octet-stream", which is sort of wrong. I'll see
if I can fix that.
