Clarify which headers the container populates in new request
------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SIPSERVLET_SPEC-29
                 URL: http://java.net/jira/browse/SIPSERVLET_SPEC-29
             Project: sipservlet-spec
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: echeung

SipFactory.createRequest javadoc says "Returns:   the request object with
method, request URI, and From, To, Call-ID, CSeq, Route headers filled in."

Not clear on the rationale of this set of headers.  e.g. Max-Forwards is
mandatory in RFC3261 table 2, and it seems most container implementations
populate it.  The javadoc should add this to the list.

The Allow header is a SHOULD in RFC3261.  It may be useful if the container
populate it with the methods it support as well.  (The app can then trim
remove anything it does not want to support)
