Solaris 11.1 disk labeling changes

If you are running Solaris 11.1, you might have noticed that the root
pool disks are labeled with EFI on x86 systems.
This is a good step in the right direction for reducing the VTOC
disk/slice management in previous releases. Remembering the actual
steps for root disk management is a bit more challenging during this
transition to EFI, if you have both SPARC and x86 systems running
Solaris 10, 11, and 11.1 releases.
