The goal of this project is to collect the available educational Java applets into usable encyclopedia-like collection. Web currently contains a reasonable number of FOSS java applets, many requiring fixes, undocumented and difficult to find. Applets are also can be launched through web start. See wiki for licensing details. We still use Kenai repository at the moment.
Lightweight web application framework which can be set on top of any existing Java web application. Offers powerful but easy to use deferred evaluation and the possibility to pass a variable number of JSP expressions as parameters to another JSP expression. Development status: Finished, translation of comments and docs into English still to be done.
EnCoMa is a Java Web Application which maintains the history of all your sensible configurations of your hosts. It can automatically download and keep versions of remote files, cisco configurations, output of remote commands, database queries and so on... It supports notifications, user profiles, downloads scheduled by crontab expressions, password obfuscation... It needs a webserver like tomcat, a database like mysql, oracle, postgresql and a dedicated filesystem to store configurations.
Jas CMS is a free, small website engine written in Java, licensed under GNU GPL 3. It produces static content without the need of any databases or server-side scripting languages. It is created to fulfil high security concerns. It is suitable for various kind of content projects like personal websites, project / product pages, group sites, company websites... It is also designed for managing content projects / websites in the i2p network, tor et cetera.
Java Server Performance depends on CPU & Memory allocation of Traffic. Tuning Performance is also a borderline Process in reference to stability. Java EE LoadBalancer addresses this with Monitoring and Run-time Customizing of key parameters (response time & throughput). Traffic is directed among a Semaphore mechanism[from E.W.Dijkstra]. Fail-over strategies are implemented and customizable while calibration process.
